Which PPU products will take centre stage at IFAT 2022 in Munich?
ClearFox® DAF
Dissolved Air Flotation from PPU is an outstanding solution for the removal of fats, oils or suspended solids. In the process, flocculation aids bind all dissolved and non-dissolved substances in the wastewater. A flotation system discharges these via a cone opening. The round shape makes it particularly efficient and, thanks to state-of-the-art technology, especially cost-saving.
ClearFox® FBBR
The ClearFox® FBBR is the most proven and efficient biological purification process from PPU. Microorganisms attach themselves to the fixed bed material and clean the wastewater. The outstanding feature of this system is its simple container design. With rotationally moulded inlets, PPU guarantees reliable and highly efficient wastewater treatment.
ClearFox® SBR
The ClearFox® SBR process is a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective solution for wastewater treatment. There are virtually no limits to the volume of wastewater that can be treated. Because the SBR system can be easily installed in underground concrete tanks, SBR is the ideal solution for industrial and municipal wastewater.
ClearFox® DiOx EO
ClearFox® DiOx advanced oxidation is an outstanding solution for the treatment of persistent substances, heavy metals, or drug residues. The process uses boron-doped diamond electrodes which, when current is added, form the strongly oxidising OH radical. This has a particularly high purification capacity. The degree of purification increases proportionally with the amount of current added – the more current is added, the cleaner the purified wastewater. The use of robust materials makes the ClearFox® DiOx EO particularly durable.
ClearFox® Nature
The ClearFox® Nature is a non-electric system that treats sewage biologically. PPU is the world market leader with this system. As the treatment plant does not require any electricity, operating costs are kept to a minimum. Likewise, very few mechanical parts are installed, so maintenance costs are particularly low. For larger applications, the biomodules can be installed in concrete tanks or containers. This makes them suitable for wastewater volumes of up to 300 PE.
ClearFox® QuickOne+
The ClearFox® QuickOne+ is a compact small wastewater treatment plant with proven SBR technology. It achieves market-leading treatment standards with BOD5 of 6 mg/l and ammonia of less than 1 mg/l. The tanks are rotationally moulded, making them suitable for underground installation. The treated wastewater can be used to irrigate the garden underground.
ClearFox® lamella clarifier
The ClearFox® lamella clarifier consists of compact pipes that can settle heavy particles. This makes it particularly suitable for separating sludge from clear water. The ClearFox® lamella clarifier impresses with its compactness and can therefore be installed particularly well in containers.
