How we work — from sample to commissioning
- Wastewater analysis. Send us samples of each stream. Our in-house laboratory characterises the influent — flow, pH, COD/BOD, colour, phenolics and side streams — and returns a detailed report, with analysis to non-binding quotation within one week.
- System design & engineering. We size the treatment chain around your stream mix, peak loads and target discharge values, with equalization and segregation built in.
- Built and factory-tested in Germany.
- Installation, commissioning & training. Fast on-site setup and hands-on training for your team.

The technology we supply
Every ClearFox wood industry system is assembled from proven, in-house process modules — so you get the exact treatment chain your streams need, and nothing you don’t:
- Screw Screen — removes and compacts wood chips, bark and fibres at the front end.
- Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) — removes bark fines, colour bodies, coating solids and light suspended solids through coagulation, flocculation and flotation.
- Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor (FBBR) — a natural, chemical-free biological process well suited to variable industrial loads, with very low operating costs.
- DiOx Advanced Oxidation — a tertiary step for colour, phenolics, tannin/lignin and refractory COD where the strictest standards apply.
- Thickener and Sludge Screw Press — thicken and dewater bark-rich and flotation sludge, reducing volume and disposal cost.
- Containerized Systems — the whole treatment chain, pre-installed and factory-tested inside an ISO shipping container.
