The technology we supply
Every ClearFox plastic recycling system is assembled from proven, in-house process modules — so you get the exact treatment chain your process water needs, and nothing you don’t:
- Screw Screen — removes plastic particles and coarse solids before they burden downstream stages.
- Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) — removes fine particles, microplastics, oils and part of the organic and colour load through coagulation, flocculation and flotation.
- Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor (FBBR) — a natural, chemical-free biological process with very low operating costs for the biodegradable organic load.
- DiOx Advanced Oxidation — electrical oxidation for colour, dyes and persistent dissolved substances, enabling closed-loop reuse.

Can I run my plastic recycling process water in a closed loop?
Yes. By combining DAF, biological treatment, advanced electrical oxidation and ultrafiltration, we remove solids, organics, colour and persistent substances so water can be fed back into the washing process without cross-contamination.
How do you remove colour and dyes from wash water?
Colour and dyes are targeted by advanced electrical (electrochemical) oxidation after solids and biological treatment, allowing high-quality reuse or compliant discharge.
Does it work for all plastic types — PET, HDPE, PP, PE?
Yes. The load varies by input material and whether it’s post-consumer or post-industrial, so we analyse your process water and design the treatment chain to match.
Can the system integrate with my existing washing line?
Yes. Our containerized systems are compact and built to integrate seamlessly with existing lines, so treated water can be returned to the cycle immediately without long transport.
Can I discharge to sewer instead of recycling?
Yes. The same treatment train can be configured to bring process water to sewer or receiving-water standard where you prefer to discharge.
How much space does a system need?
Our containerized systems are pre-installed inside an ISO container with a compact footprint, and can sit alongside your line. Only the inlet, outlet and power need connecting on site.
