Overview

ClearFox® specialises in designing and manufacturing plug-and-play modular systems for treating all types of processing wastewater. With extensive technical expertise and industry experience, we offer reliable, efficient solutions tailored to your specific needs. Our flexible, modular approach allows us to combine various treatment technologies — including pre-treatment, dissolved air flotation, biological processes, clarifiers, and disinfection — to handle any kind of industrial wastewater. We also offer ultrafiltration options for recycling wastewater back into the production process.

ClearFox® delivers cost-effective, compliant systems that manage any flow rate and meet all environmental discharge standards.

Composition and Breakdown by Industry

Wood Pressing Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in the wood pressing sector, addressing wastewater generated from mechanical dewatering processes and chemical treatments. This wastewater contains dissolved minerals, sugars, and extractives such as taxifolin, catechin, and abietic acid, with COD levels exceeding 10,000 mg/L and acidic pH conditions. Additional contaminants include lignin derivatives, arsenic, copper, chromium, and suspended solids from wood preservation and hot bending operations. The complex mixture of organic compounds and heavy metals requires tailored treatment approaches to mitigate environmental risks.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat wood pressing wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Semiconductor Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in semiconductor sector, managing effluents containing over 200 organic/inorganic chemicals, including heavy metals (copper, lead, arsenic), ammonium compounds, and fine oxide particles. Wastewater sources span ultrapure water production, hydrofluoric acid treatments, and metal recovery systems, with priority pollutants requiring advanced removal techniques. Our systems address the unique challenges of solvent-laden streams and toxic anion removal.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat semiconductor wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Tobacco Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in tobacco sector, treating wastewater laden with nicotine, tobacco-specific nitrosamines, and heavy metals (arsenic, lead, cadmium) alongside high COD (361.02 mg/L) and TDS (988.12 mg/L). The acidic effluent (pH 4.2) contains persistent organic pollutants like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phenolic compounds that demand specialized biological and chemical treatment.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat tobacco wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Textile Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in textile sector, tackling wastewater containing 8,000+ chemicals from dyeing/printing processes, including non-biodegradable dyes, formaldehyde, and toxic anions. Our systems address pH extremes (up to 12), high TSS (788.12 mg/L), and complex dye structures through advanced oxidation and membrane technologies.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat textile wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Printing Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in printing sector, treating streams with COD up to 57,224 mg/L and color intensities 1,800× above norms from ink pigments/solvents. Our solutions integrate acid precipitation, air flotation with PAM flocculants, and BDD oxidation for 98% color removal.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat printing wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Automotive Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in automotive sector, handling wastewater containing oil emulsions, paint residues, heavy metals, and coolant fluids from manufacturing/service operations. Our systems effectively separate hydrocarbons (up to 99% efficiency) while addressing metal inhibition in biological processes.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat automotive wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.

Paint Sector

ClearFox has implemented projects in paint sector, treating high-turbidity wastewater with lead, chromium, zinc, and VOC-laden solvents. Our modular plants overcome challenges from resin polymers and variable chemical compositions through adaptive physicochemical-biological integration.

With our complete range of modular solutions, we can treat paint wastewater to any required standards, for discharge to sewer, environment, or even reuse.
