Head of electrical department

My name is Matthias Opel, I am married and have 2 children.

I have been an electrical engineer specialising in energy and automation technology since 2003.

I have been active in the field of environmental technology for many years.

Since the beginning of 2022, as head of the electrical department, I have been the contact person for our entire control technology, CAD design, software development, control cabinet production as well as testing and commissioning of the plants.

What excites me about PPU Umwelttechnik GmbH is that, with our modular products, we find solutions for almost every application in wastewater treatment that are used all over the world.

Everyone in the team is a true professional in his or her field, the expertise of everyone is enormous. I am proud to be part of this team.
